I wouldn’t believe the reviews on here! I’m shocked are they talking about the same shop! This is a great family run business nothing like old fashioned service very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile talk to the owner’s there very approachable I’ve asked for there recommendations never pushy or try to make you buy anything actually said if I’m not happy with there prices look somewhere else and we can do the same price always great service don’t read everything on here go down there see for yourself

Purchase from Mr. Shaver in Perth WA at own risk.Product is great; service is shocking.My order arrived 3 weeks after purchase.When I questioned the whereabouts of my order, I was told that since the item was dispatched, delivery was no longer their concern- and that I should instead take it up with Australia Post directly.When I pointed out the legal reality, that they are responsible right up to delivery, instead of any apology, they instead claimed they were doing the right thing by informing me of any tracking - which only happened on my queries.When I informed them that it was taking too long for the item to arrive and that I had made a purchase of the same item from elsewhere ~ and therefore wanted a refund, they ignored me completely.In short, nil responsibility from these people, only blame for everyone else.

Good customer service but he acts like a proper salesman pressuring to buy something ,no price tags on anything because its way over priced. Bought his top of the range razor 140 bucks or something then seen it online for 110.top of the range my hole!"I ended up' buying a 40 buck kit from across the road with a mini razor and its way better"

Excellent customer service. I received perfect advice as to the best shaver for my sensitive skin and further advice on how best to use the shaver to protect my skin and get the best shave. They recommended a fantastic after shave balm that is soothing and invigorating. I could not be happier with the service, the products and their pricing. Very strong recommendation.

I recently Purchased a very expensive shaving set on line from this store, paid for postage, was contacted and asked to pick it up from the shop. I did this even though it was not convenient, and was not refunded the postage, this should have been my first clue as to their level of customer service. After two cleans a component of the razor snapped and when I returned it to the shop the male owner started shouting at me and abusing me, telling me I mistreated this thing I spent a fortune on, apparently that's what people do, spend a lot of hard earned money on something and then abuse it. Anyway, while I was asking him why he was being so aggressive and why he wouldn't help me get it repaired or replaced another couple of customers came in and he acted as if he would help me. The next day I get a message from the female owner telling me they had given it to the company rep. A month later I returned to the shop and low and behold, nothing done. I am amazed that these people can stay in business. I have since spent several hundreds of dollars at an online store over east, they deliver my orders within three days postage free and are extremely helpful and a delight to deal with.Do not buy anything from this rude aggressive, arrogant person, your money will be better spent with people who value you as a customer. I have contacted all my friends to make sure they never go near these people. I'm really annoyed that I have to rate them 1 star as I there is no way to rate a zero or more accurately a negative rating.

Marilyn and Gianni store is a really beautiful specialised store with an amazing traditional shopping experience. Gianni +50 years experience and knowledge is outstanding . It's a no nonsense store though.We are really lucky to have a store like Mr Shaver !!! Thank you so much for helping me to find the perfect product and giving me all the hints and tips to use and maintain.Hubby love his Truefitt & Hill products too

The worst possible experience dealing with this store. I wrote a review about it in 2013 but somehow its been deleted.This is a true account of my dealings with them and I highly recommend you go elsewhere particularly if you are interstate.In no way did they ever apologise for the poor customer service and treatment I (and my husband) received. Both the owners wouldn't let me speak whenever I mentioned my name. I even had my husband call up thinking he would get a better response... Nope. He called me back and laughed at how rude they were to him when he hadn't ever dealt with them before.I originally asked for an item that was LISTED on their website. I advised via phone and email of the time constraints (as it was a present for my husband). They took no notice of this and I had to call them twice to get an update on my order only to be told they didn't have that item anymore and would I like another that is the same?It was NOT the same and to top it off it was LATE to arrive, even though I emphasized numerous times the date I needed it by.For something that cost $100 you would expect better service.The product was NOT as described and a serious lack of information provided on the phone when my original order could not be fulfilled. They would NOT accept a return even though I was prepared to pay the postage back to WA.An utterly horrible experience.

I have been dealing with Mr Shaver for over 20 years in 3 separate locations, for repairs and new purchases and always found them to be very helpful, with a good range of products.Derek McV

What a find. Great shop and great service I fell across today. Beautifully faced windows and shelving inside. Some great items to buy. I’ll be back and urge you all to stop in and shop it’s worth it.
