Appliances customer service

I am not sure how this business is still surviving. Very poor customer service. I called them on Monday (referred to by Samsung as their authorised service providers) and I was told that someone will give me a call to inform about the expected visit by the mechanic. Well, I reminded then again on Wednesday, and she made a note again (somewhere as she advised !!) and informed that same day someone will call, no one did. It's Friday today (after 4-5 days) no one bothered to contact to inform when they are goining to come to have a look on the machine. Please spread the voice guys, there should not be place for rude and careless business in the community.

Extremly poor service!their tech is nothing but a liar. He had no knwoledge or skills. At my home when tech came to investigate the issue, he said its samsung aircon issje. Next day in report it was installation issue. Have two aircons installed in same way, tech checkef that.. not at all professional service.

I wouldn’t believe the reviews on here! I’m shocked are they talking about the same shop! This is a great family run business nothing like old fashioned service very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile talk to the owner’s there very approachable I’ve asked for there recommendations never pushy or try to make you buy anything actually said if I’m not happy with there prices look somewhere else and we can do the same price always great service don’t read everything on here go down there see for yourself

We hired dishwasher repair Fremantle last week and it was refreshingly easy to book in an appointment.Our Bosch dishwasher needed a repair due to a failed pump and their technician was able to replace the pump on the spot.

Purchase from Mr. Shaver in Perth WA at own risk.Product is great; service is shocking.My order arrived 3 weeks after purchase.When I questioned the whereabouts of my order, I was told that since the item was dispatched, delivery was no longer their concern- and that I should instead take it up with Australia Post directly.When I pointed out the legal reality, that they are responsible right up to delivery, instead of any apology, they instead claimed they were doing the right thing by informing me of any tracking - which only happened on my queries.When I informed them that it was taking too long for the item to arrive and that I had made a purchase of the same item from elsewhere ~ and therefore wanted a refund, they ignored me completely.In short, nil responsibility from these people, only blame for everyone else.

Good customer service but he acts like a proper salesman pressuring to buy something ,no price tags on anything because its way over priced. Bought his top of the range razor 140 bucks or something then seen it online for 110.top of the range my hole!"I ended up' buying a 40 buck kit from across the road with a mini razor and its way better"

Great service

Took our Liebherr Fridge there to be fixed in February 2022. It’s now March 2023 and still no result even though it’s an insurance job and all. Correspondence has been very lacking, apologies made but no updates until January this year saying the part has finally been fitted and under constant watch to make sure it doesn’t fail. Said it would be ready in two weeks. It’s now March. No response to weekly emails and I can’t get through on the phone despite multiple attempts.I hate to bag businesses given I have one myself but Gee wiz!

Customer service didn't contact me for six weeks after I had paid in full for an oven repair. I had to keep calling each week to find out about a status update. After pushing for and reluctantly being given a refund, I've found out the parts they needed to order are no longer in production. They took my money and told me the parts were on order rather than being upfront the parts don't exist.Absolutely horrific experience all around.
